I wish I took my piano lessons seriously when my mom made me learn it when I was 4. I'm now 23 and totally don't know how to play piano. I feel both envious and sad when I see professional pianists.

It's never too late to start, I know many advanced pianists that started when they were like 18 or older, but they still became really great. If you want to become good enough to play like henle 9 pieces that would take a TOOOON of practice but you could do it
Me age 5-11: Plays like how you would expect a child pianist to play (classical songs here and there) Me age 18 (now): Plays the guitar, ukulele, violin, piano, and my own voice with different genres of music and OH MY GOD IT'S EVERYWHERE THIS IS TOO MUCH AAAAAAAAAAAAA- Yup...I am such a mess.
